- Monday - Friday nights 4:30 to 6:30pm.

You'll quickly learn we do things a little differently.
Mornings we're open from 6am to 10 am. We are happy to have you arrive anytime between 6 and 9. When it works for you, walk in the door, get started, and we'll coach you through a workout. You will probably "go" with a few others but everyones times will be on the board so you'll have some one to chase. We ask that you be ready to begin your workout no later than 9:15.
This open class model has worked for us since the very beginning and allows you some flexibilty. As long as you're here by 9, you're never late and you'll never miss your class.
Evenings are open from 4:30 to 6:30. Show up anytime but plan on being finished by about 6:30 since On Ramp gets started about that time.
Saturdays we do 2 group workouts, both starting at 10am. We'll open at 9:30 for warm-ups, and then split into 2 groups: a Saturday Suck and a Firebreathers workout. Afterward, we stay and focus on Olympic lifting, Strongman, max efforts, PR's, technique work, you name it. Its a flexible, relaxed and fun morning to work on whatever YOU want.
Many holidays will follow our Saturday schedule but check the main page for details.
Kids ages 7-13 have their own time at RCF. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:45 to 4:30 the gym is reserved for them. Kids classes will be broken into scheduling "blocks" and will not be held on on major holidays, check the main page for specifics. (Summer hours are in the mornings at the request of our parents)
We have limited appointment availablity.
We are closed on Sundays.
