Meet Bray- he's one of our newer faces who not only has jumped into CrossFit head first but signed up for our October nutrition challenge. He'll talk your ears off about trying to "cut the crap" and be a beer drinking football fan at the same time.
RCF is closed tomorrow (Saturday the 27th) for our final CrossFit level 1 seminar of this crazy stretch. We have one more in December but after tomorrow all of our Saturdays will be back to normal for a while! SO- tomorrow wraps up our Saturday Challenge series with this little gift:
