SCS- The Saturday Challenge Series continues tomorrow with this at-home workout. How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of the following:
30 second handstand hold
10 squats
10 sit-ups
You must accumulate 30 seconds upside down. Against a wall, jack-knifed off the couch, free standing- it doesn't matter how and it doesn't have to be in a single attempt.
