That’s who we’re looking for. Sure, CrossFit’s gone mainstream. Reebok is airing commercials. ESPN is showing the Games. Bob’s doing CrossFit workouts on the TV. It’s all great exposure, but it doesn’t change the climate in RCF.
We’ve always been about hard work, dedication, and people. We’ve always welcomed all shapes, sizes, and ages. Your strength, fitness, or clothes size don’t matter here.
What does matter is your heart.
If you come in with an open mind, ready to move better, work hard, and improve on what you’ve already got- we’re your place. If you want to be surrounded by people who celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how little, we’re your place. If you want to become fitter, stronger, and faster than you used to be – we’re your place.
If you’ve got drama, whining, and a negative attitude, we’re not for you. There’s no place for negativity when so much good stuff is happening.
