Probably the most anticipated implement of RCF's Strongest Man and Woman -- the atlas stone. We're playing with a new way for our competitors to get their hands on a lot of these and at a lot of different weights while preserving the crowd involvment and excitement!
Tonight we'll have our second-to-last strongman class. If you're planning on competing on the 22nd and wish to join us we'd love to have you, as our guest, anytime between 4 and 7. If you're on the fence about competing, come join us and try it all out.
Competitors- you will need to weigh in and you can do that either Friday evening the 21st from 4-6 or Saturday morning the 22nd from 7-8:30. There will be a mandatory rules meeting for ALL COMPETING ATHLETES at 9am Saturday morning.
