The CrossFit Games starts tomorrow!

ESPN3 will have live coverage of the CrossFit Games on:
Friday: 2:15-8:15
Saturday: 10:30-2 and 5:30-8:30
Sunday: 10:30-4:30
ESPN3 coverage is available on the CFGames site, as well.
Of course, if you're in Carson make sure you stop by the Master's Venue and say Hi to Kurtis. He'll be directing all of the action there for the weekend.
