On Ramp! This is last week together before we turn you loose. You're the 27th group we've run through our 'beginners" program so many of the people currently in the gym started exactly the way you're starting now. Over the summer, the On Ramp curriculum is due for a revision and we'll offer two more On Ramp classes in the fall to round out our year. The beginner is becoming a rare breed around here as we start less and less new people and focus on improving the health and fitness of our current members.
