She might be a new face but we're already chasing her. I just learned she doesn't cook. Any tips that you can share on what good, easy, food you pack for a long day at work?
My favorites to have on hand: precooked, sliced boneless skinless chicken. Washed and cut up fruit. Baby carrots and/or apples with almond butter. Jerky and driend coconut flakes. Seeded and cut up bell peppers. Macadamia nuts.
What are your go-to snack foods that you have ready to grab?
MDA has some snack ideas. Perhaps a few will make an appearance on Sunday at the Kirkland CF Police/ Fire/ Military Challenge in Kirkland. We're meeting at RCF at 7:15 if you want to carpool. Participants need to be there by 8:45
