The ladies know what I'm talking about...
As for the BIG news I alluded to yesterday, We got permission to change Mt Rainier's Strongest Man and Woman to CROSSFIT'S Strongest man and woman and we'll be taking the contest in a CrossFit direction. What exactly does that mean? It means we have the blessing from Coach to use the name and make our contest an event under the CF umbrella! This is super exciting news to us and we're anxious to get more details ironed out!
Fasting? Maybe. "Neufeld says most adults need about 2,000 calories a day. Those calories make energy, or glycogen. Neufeld says it doesn't hurt — it might even help the body — to fast or stop eating for short periods of time, say 24 hours once a week, as long as you drink water. "

Is the squat and hover followed by the piss and miss?
We should be like Japan and just have holes in the floor.
Guys are much cleaner (OK we're not)
Still not clear on something - do you want us to leave the seat up or down?

Correct me if I am wrong, but does that give us permission to never lift the seat again? If so that make our bathroom visits so much easier! Thanks Kristin

I promise you that if I squat and hover there is going to be a big mess somewhere!
With the CF Strong thingy. When is it this year? Should I just go ahead and volunteer or do I have a shot at something other than giving everyone a good laugh?
I have a problem with the starving thing. I am addicted to food (as evidenced by my "wuba" I carry with me everywhere I go that you unfortunate souls get to see when I attempt HSPU once again). I justify this addiction due to the fact that the body NEEDS food. Now, on a serious note, if we were to do the 24 hour dealy whopper, considering the high demands of CF, which day would you recommend?
"Vive la saviors de manos!"
(where is spell check on this darned thing?)

I think Robb wolf has an article or two on intermittent fasting, I know of a website that lays it out but it seems pretty simple
