Every once in a while someone comes along who not only has a tremendous work capacity and makes everything look easy, Tim does both and makes it pretty. He's competing at the Washington Sectionals this weekend, come watch!
Someone else who makes it look easy, and are great friends as well, check out Greg and Mallee's garage gym in Imperial, Ca - CrossFit Amundson. Greg is one of the original CrossFitters out of Santa Cruz and he was the first one to welcome Kurtis into the fold all those years ago.

I'm with Dan. When he yells time as I finish my first round I'll be sure to note how pretty he looks. ;) seriously good luck Tim! Love the old school pics. There are a bunch of Kurtis on the site from back in the day that I have found, like the one with him and two babies in car seats.
