Good job RORY (both the deadlift and the steak and eggs...)

Laurie--I took your suggestion and got some of those chicken/apple sausages at Costco. Problem is, the last couple of days I've had to have two because I'm really hungry in the AM! (this is instead of my usual oatmeal w/milk and hardboiled egg--I only do this when I work dayshift, btw)

Nick

Eggs n bacon with fruit each morning

Sharon

Nick--I have to be at work by 6 when I work dayshift; no time to do that and it has to be portable/edible when reheated in the microwave (or edible cold). Otherwise, heck yeah!

Cheryl

Rory, congrats on the PR!

Speaking of food, this is a question for the Paleo moms and dads...do you feed your kids paleo, too?

Maber

Sharon

Matt J
