April On Ramps start this week and there is still room in both groups. Mornings will meet Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30, evenings will meet Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30. Everyone will meet on Saturday at 9:30. This is your chance to get started with RCF. We'll focus first on perfect movement, our 12 session curriculum will lead us to consistency, and later we'll start to push intensity. Each session builds on the previous ones so it isn't possible to start mid On Ramp. If you're on the fence, join us for the first session of either On Ramp and I'll be happy to answer your questions.

Hey, I did that workout last summer, except with the pickaxe out in the dirt (the boy's idea). We started at 10 swings first round, then 20, 30, etc. It was "battle to the death" style, and I finally cried uncle after the 70 rep set, lol.
