Why is it that when we are little we have a beautiful squat but we lose it as we get older? The simple answer is that we quit using it, we sit in chairs and we quit playing on the floor. We also stop swinging on the monkey bars and we quit doing handstands and flipping upside down. Suddenly we find ourselves all grown up and we simply can't do what we did when we were young and we played. We say, "bring back the play."
I'm adding updated pictures of the facilities in the "pictures of our gym" scrapbook on the left side of the site, check it out.
Then go play.
